The sword fish steaks need to be
brushed in a marinate and left to stand for 30 minutes before cooking, when
cooking brush the excess marinate on to the steak. Sword fish steaks are best char grilled, barbecued, or baked in a hot oven. Try some of these marinates and
don't forget not to over cook your sword fish steaks! Amounts for 2 lb. sword fish
steaks 1/4 inch thick, cook for about 3 minutes per side.

2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
